Introduced in 2022, the RM 07-01 Intergalactic collection translates this distinctive philosophy into a celestial expression of feminine watchmaking.

The Starry Night features a Carbon TPT® tonneau-shaped case measuring 45.66 × 31.40mm. Its dark, layered carbon surface evokes the depths of the night sky, while 181 diamonds secured by 701 individually crafted 5N red-gold prongs illuminate the bezel and central dial, creating the impression of an expanding constellation.

Unlike conventional gem-setting in precious metals, the exceptional hardness of Carbon TPT® requires specialist machinery equipped with diamond-tipped tools to prepare each setting. The diamonds and polished red-gold prongs are subsequently inserted by hand, demonstrating Richard Mille's remarkable ability to unite advanced materials with traditional jewellery craftsmanship.

Inside beats the manufacture CRMA2 skeletonised automatic movement, featuring a grade 5 titanium baseplate and bridges. Its variable-geometry rotor allows the winding efficiency to be adjusted according to the wearer's activity, while delivering approximately 50 hours of power reserve.
